Super-producer Scott Storch arrest warrant
Super-producer Scott Storch has been dealing with several financial issues including late child support payments, a $500,000 judgment against him for failing to pay back a loan, outstanding property taxes, and now an arrest warrant. The Miami Herald reports that a warrant was issued for the rapper's arrest after he failed to show up to a child support hearing. Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Marc Schumacher issued an order that read, "You are hereby commanded to take into your custody Scott Spencer Storch."
Once taken into custody, the producer may be released after posting $46,000 bail. The producer allegedly owes $30,000 in back child support and an additional $16,000 which he was supposed to put into his son's Prepaid College Plan.
Storch allegedly owes $511,000 in property taxes on his $10.5 million Miami mansion and is involved in another paternity case with Vanessa Bellido over their 16-year-old boy, Steven Brandon Bellido. Storch was voluntarily sending money until January. In Bellido's emergency court filings, she writes, "While (Storch) drives around in his Ferrari and Cadillac, (Steven) is sleeping on a couch in the same room with his mother."
Earlier this year, Storch put his $20 million yacht up for sale on eBay for $600,000.
